Today we moved our house properties using the One Touch removals and I’m satisfied with their service and highlighting their pros and cons below. Pros: 1. Shipment charges sounds reasonable 2. Vehicle was big enough for accomodating the maximum items 3. Boys really did their job neat and clean, all the items were handled properly Cons: 1. My only disappointment is on their punctuality, they showed up with 1hr late solidly and I did not receive prior or proper notification on this unless I called them twice. Hope better communication or notification on delays properly will further boost their service.

We used one touch removal to get our stuff moved to our new house. House moving is a stressful task especially with my 4 children, but I was given the best service as was ensured. After the referral from my friends and after talking to Sam, the owner who gave me a great deal and ensured me of moving all my house stuff with safety and utmost care, I left my moving responsibility to them. I'm sure we had the best team with Sam & his team, who helped us move a 15 minute drive away from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a 3 bedroom house. The two removalists were extremely professional and took great care with our move. The went the extra mile and provided great service not to mention very hard workers. Based on online reviews we hired Onetouch removal to move the furniture from our 3 bedroom house to another 3 bedroom house in the same suburb. Sam and his team were both courteous, efficient and took great care with our possessions. They are also super strong as we had some very heavy furniture to move and they managed with minimal fuss. Its always a weird feeling letting strangers into your house to handle your possessions but I felt completely at ease with Sam and his team.
